Smooth transaction as far as I'm concerned. Payment was sent swiftly and communication was good both before and after he received the laptops. We thought that there might have been an issue with one of them but rather than being rude and accusatory he was willing to do the testing that I requested and in the end we determined that the issue was with the battery. He didn't make any demands or even requests whatsoever, but I felt compelled to offer a resolution that I felt was fair and would make both of us happy. I would do business with him again and take his packaging recommendations into consideration, since (as is often the case) UPS wasn't overly gentle with the box. Sold this monitor to Kenjiwing and it was damaged in transit by UPS. We filed an insurance claim, but due to the fact that he sent me a prepaid label (makes shipping super easy), they considered him the "shipper" and thus he had to do most of the legwork with the claims process. Initially they denied the claim but at some point I got involved and the claim was approved. Kenjiwing remained patient and communicative throughout the process, and for that I thank him. I know it was a frustrating situation but both of us were happy at the end of the transaction, despite me being frustrated that a perfectly good monitor went to waste. No hard feelings on my part and I would deal with him again - hopefully next time will be smooth and painless!
