Item arrived in pristine condition. Upon some testing, discovered the GPU would artifact. But Joshua immediately sent me a replacement he had on hand from his own machine, and i later sent him the defective one. I am truly impressed by how quickly he addressed my concerns, and the whole transaction, even with the hiccup was EXTREMELY satisfactory. Communication was easy/great. Seller shipped to arrive in 2 days so I got it Thursday, a big help right before a holiday weekend!. Packing was excellent - even if it had been dropped I don't think anything would have happened. Minor issue in that PSU cord was accidentally omitted but seller offered to send immediately.

Overall had no problems with this transaction or seller. The missing cord was easily replaced. I would readily recommend Nintari, and I'd happily buy from him again.
