Recieved the ram and even though it was reccomended for my laptop it was giving me trouble. I cantacted the seller and told him of my troubles and quicker then I could think was refunded my money even though I wasnt ready to go that far with it. That was going way above and beyond the call IMHO and was not expected to see out of a new seller in the least. Way to go and please keep up the good work!
