Never had anyone do that before. Was understanding of a slight change in shipping details as the item cost over 2x what I expected to ship. And notified me as soon as he got it up and running.

At first I was hesitant to ship international with such low feedback. But all of his info checked out so I got him a quote from the PO to ship. He agreed to the shipping charges (almost 80$ for the PSU) and sent payment.
