Great guy here. I preferred amazon's webpay however he didnt have an account. So he chose to set one up for me. It took a week or so, due to Amazon's verification process. But, he followed through on his word to get it set up and pay me. He also kept a constant line of communication open to keep me in the loop. All around great guy and great transaction. I wouldnt have any issues with dealing with Brad again.
