Tim received the drive and floppy, the floppy was working 100% the drive was not. Discussed reasons why and though we disagree on why it was up to me to get the item replaced. Contacted Maxtor since the drive is under warranty and Tim got a new one shipped to him. I am going to pay for the shipping costs to Maxtor as he should not have to. All in all, he was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend a trade/sale/buy with him for anyone.
