Card was in anti-static bag. Hard drive was in a plastic container. Box was then filled with shredded paper. Could not have done a better job myself in packaging. :)

What can I say about Steve in this deal. To start, he had me wait a day to see if another trader wanted the items. I received an email the following day saying the items were available. I then sent Steve a cashier's check for the items. What happened next is weird. I was in the process of moving to a new house, so I would not have Internet access for several days. After moving and finally checking my email after 3 days, Steve informed me that his apartment went up in smoke (fire). My items were not salvageable. Steve sent me an email explaining the situation, and considering the circumstances, he quickly sent me my money back with confirmation. He also included an extra $5 for my trouble, even though I did not want the extra money. For someone to put this much effort in getting me my money back with his current situation (total apartment loss), Steve must be commended on his action on this deal. Steve, you are A+++ in my book!

I did have an issue with the batteries being dead and thinking that the laptop was at fault by not charging them. After some suggestions from Lateralus, the laptops were fine. It was simply a dead battery. He was kind enough to offer paying for a replacement battery, and sent me a refund via paypal. Best part of this deal - the communication! Thanks for the deal and the refund for the dead battery.

There was 1 problem which was MY FAULT. it would not fit my motherboard socket as I have a LGA1151 - totally my fault for not reading specs; however, he was a great trader and agreed for me to send the CPU back. I told him to refund me $10 less from the original selling price to cover his original shipping charges.
