*Note to anyone reading this: I dont want this nuetral to be seen as a negative, because it is most definitly not.

The item came as described but I cannot leave a positive for this transaction unfortunatly. I am not complaining because I want a refund or the extra postage sent to or something, but just the fact that I paid $12 when cost plus shipping was supposed to be $11.61 and then I have to go to the post office and pay them an extra $0.72 to cover shipping charges before I can get the package.

Here is just a little step by step on the deal:

1. When we discussed the transaction, I was told that cost of the item plus shipping would be $11.61 to 85044 where I am located

2. I respond saying that I am just going to send $12 even to make it easier to balance out and payment is made through paypal as agreed upon on August 10, 2006

3. on August 30 2005, there is merely a notice in my mailbox that states I have a package that needs to be picked up at the post office and Im confused as to why as there was no signature required for it or anything like that that they couldnt just leave it

4. on my lunch on August 31 2006 I stop by the post office to pick it up and am told that I owe $0.73 in postage, thats why it couldnt just be left.

I was a bit disappointed to see the item arrive uninsured and in a bubble mailer but it DID arrive 100% safe and intact. I guess I'm more cautious than most and just would expect something so valuable to be shipped insured for both parties sake.
