Bought 4.3 gig HDD, 6.4 gig HDD and CDRW

Paid via Paypal and received all items packaged well. Upon checking items out found the 6.4 gig had over 25 bad sectors. I PM\'d him immediately concerning the bad hard drive. He saw an 18 gig I had for sale and wanted to buy it and asked if I would send the 6.4 gig back with it. I put $100 insurance on the 2 hard drives and sent them out. They were attempted to be delivered on the 1st but he didn\'t go pick them up until 5/11/02. I finally got my refund for the bad hard drive 26 days later. Glad this deal is done. Would not recommend dealing with.

Sold motherboard to aceman on May 9 which he received on May 12. When I did not receive payment by May 31 I PM'd him to find out why. He said he must have forgotten and will send one out the next day. When I did not get the MO by June 7 I PM'd him again. On June 8 he said he would get one out the next day. When I did not get the MO by June 13 I asked if he had sent it . He said he sent it on June 11. When I did not get the money by June 20 I took the matter to the board by posting a thread on Anandtech's For Sale/Trade forum. This had the desired result as aceman Paypal'd me the money on June 21. I Dont know why aceman made me go through this hassle but it definetly deserves this rating.

Relatively smooth deal. I paid with paypal. Mark had some family things going on which prevented immediate shipping on his part and all told the deal took a little longer than I would have wished for, but we all have circumstances beyond our control to deal with on occasion, so I am giving Mark the benefit of the doubt here. He was quick to return e-mail and the product was packed extremely well and was in great condition, and came with all the extras I needed. Aside from the shipping delay for which Mark promised to paypal back a little cash to make up for it, it was a great deal.

The mobo arrived with a missing dimm clip, the proc had some bent pins. I was very disappointed with the items at first, I contacted Mark about it and he was very quick to reply and assist me in getting the situation corrected within a VERY short time. I can\'t see enough good things about Mark\'s trading ethic, as it would probably take up all the disk space that heat has available. Mark I want to say thank you for turning the worst deal I thought I\'d made into one of the best by far, great communication, friendly and an all around knowledgeable person! Mark truly has set a new example of what to expect from traders at AT. I think even some of the longtime vet\'s there could not have handled this quite as well as Mark did! Bud you earned much respect in my book, maybe next time I\'ll be selling you something and can return the favor?
