He offered excellent communication throughout the whole process and sent me unrequested screenshots of the scans showing the drive had no bad sectors. Shipping was quick, taking only a few days and the price was very reasonable. I can only hope that any future transactions go this perfectly and I look forward to doing business with Pao again.
