Paid and waited. It has now been almost three weeks since I paid and I have yet to receive the motherboard. It is a no show and I have heard nothing from him. Paypal dispute has been initiated. I would steer clear of this trader.

12/10/10 update:
I ended up receiving the board about three and a half weeks later. It was not packaged well. I hooked it up and could not get it to do much besides post. As a result I emailed the seller and ultimately had to have Paypal mediate the refund.

Ultimately the seller came through with the board (bad stuff does happen), but I feel that his lack of communication and poor packing still deserve a negative rating on his behalf.

This seller has strict rules about selling to quote \"NO RETURNS, PERIOD. NO REFUND, PERIOD.\" I brought a desktop for a friends htpc startout that i thought would work, but ended up having a busted mobo and/or processor. The computer would hang up and refuse to load any OS i tried. i thought it was damaged in shipping; but when contacted, seller said he knew about the problem but assumed it was the hdd. Seller made no effort to mention the problem or list it as possible broken before purchase. Seller then reminded me of their no return/refund policy. If you are reading this, i would not by from this guy. He shipped me this knowing it didn\'t work at the time of shipping !!!

First he was late shipping the monitor and then when I received it it came covered in coffee stains which wouldn't be so bad but when I cleaned them off there were some circle engraved cuts into the monitor screen when I contacted him letting him know that I was not pleased and that I wanted to return the monitor he basically said tough luck used monitors are expected to have wear and tear. Before buying the monitor I specifically asked if there were scratches or dead pixels to which he said no. Expedited the sale same day and had the tracking number situated immediately.

EDIT: Within a month the mobo completely died on me and Xaz said he could assist me in the RMA, later he told me that he unregistered the mobo "for some reason". After I decided to buy it I was told one of the sata ports was broken.. I decided to still buy it anyway.

I tried talking to Xas to get it rma'd or work something out but he stopped responding to me all together. I feel the mobo was likely damaged from the start and he "may of" been aware it was failing. I will not do business with him again in the future, sorry..
Seemed like a nice guy but I lost a chunk of cash on this purchase, for a partially broken mobo that failed so fast it wasn't even funny.

I Purchased a 90GB OCZ Vertex 2 SSD from xazax. If my drive EVER arrives, I will update my feedback. UPDATE- Drive arrived on November 24th functional.

I Still have not received my drive after 11 days, the seller WILL NOT answer any Pm's or emails that I have sent in the last week, which forced me to open a pay-pal dispute and escalate it to a claim with pay-pal. I contacted him and he said that he would ship the drive when he gets back from Louisiana, I'll change feedback if the drive arrives.

UPDATE- Drive arrived in one piece, functions normally. Thanks for following through on the deal.

Arrived just as described, however it was shipped in the manufacturer's retail box (which is NOT meant to shipped through a normal courier) with NO packaging material. Card was not damaged, but I would recommend using a larger box with at least some cushioning.

The card appeared to have the common problems of pre-oced 8800GTX cards (driver crashing).
No big deal, under-clocked the card, and it worked just fine. This is not really a seller\'s fault, but I think it would be better to mention it in the post to avoid misunderstanding later.
Some people might think the card is broken.
The card passed 5 games benchmarks, and 2 Futuremark tests.
