Bought 6 DVD movies. They were perfect, just as described with retail cases. The seller even took the time to remove the DVD\'s out of the retail cases and pack them separately, due to sometimes the DVD jarring loose during shipping and getting scratched inside retail case.
He didn\'t have to do that. It shows great care and extra effort.

Also, we settled on a total price, but when he went to ship, he said it was a dollor less than expected and he refunded the extra dollar, which was definately beyond expectation.
