I sent this off and our fine USPS completely damaged this amazing power supply!!!

Eviltimmy contacted me, with pictures, to show and prove the damage right away. It was the day it arrived.

I immediately filed an insurance claim through the postal service to refund his hard earned money.

Now, if you have ever dealt with an insurance claim through the postal service, you know what happens next.

Close to a month goes by before the payment was made!!!

All through this entire time, I would let Eviltimmy know what was going on. He never once got upset or discouraged on how long it was taking!

I was worried that this would go sour somewhere along the way, but alas, it was smooth as silk the entire time!!!
