I received the phone in almost new condition and firmware flashed back to stock Jelly Bean ROM. I shipped out my iPhone via UPS with delivery signature confirmation and insurance right after I activated the GS3 with sprint with no problems.

Once he received my phone and he activated it through Sprint, I promptly got my refund of the deposit.
