This will be long... but good. When I got the card in the mail, it worked great in 2D, but any 3D crashed the system *immediately*. I troubleshot the issue for a couple days, couldn't figure it out. Wound up RMA'ing the card to Gigabyte (spending $21 on shipping) and they returned it saying the thermal grease needed a new coat... wtf?

Derek was 100% on top of communication through the entire transaction, and despite it not really being required, he manned up and gave a partial refund to cover all of my extra cost of sending the card back to Gigabyte.

In short, he's a fantastic dude. Huge thumbs up. I wish I could post more than one positive feedback for this one transaction. Thanks again.
