I was in France when I bought this, communicated well. After I got back from France in mid-March, it took me about 3-4 weeks to configure and gift the laptop to my mother (I had so many things going on at work). FINALLY, I post this eval for bigolac. Sorry for the long delay and any troubles this may have caused you bigolac, but the product you sold me IS AWESOMME! Mother LOVES it. Loaded it Windows 8 Professional, Office 2010 University, TurboTax, DVD X Player Professional, and a couple other things (all legit). I came up with a good use for the docking station for my mother (because originally I was going to keep it for myself), and she also *loves* the docking station and thinks it is making an extremely good use with the T61p. Thank you so much bigolac, would definitely buy from again!!
