He listed the DVD under excellent condition. I got it in and I would have listed as 'new'. There was nothing wrong with as far as I could tell, not even the exterior casing.

I bought a Mid Tower ATX case.

The case arrived badly damaged because of not so good packaging and USPS rough handling.
After getting ahold of BonkStalk about the matter he issued a full refund of the purchase price with no haggling.
For taking responsibility for the matter in a very quick manner along with great communication, I must humbly say BongStalk is a excellent honest trader and would be certain this mistake would not happen to anybody else again.
