I paid via Paypal $350 on 2/16/09 and got email back from the seller that night that he would ship USPS Priority and he asked if I prefer sig conf. or not and no word since. I\'ve called (ans maching only), texted, and sent emails with no answers. I filed a Paypal dispute this week against this person. Do not do any trades with this guy...he\'s a scammer!
FWIW he also has accounts on Hardforums and NotebookReview under the same or very similar account name.

I sent Ryan a se k750i cellphone needing repair and paid with a dead v635 cellphone and $65 via paypal for him to fix and ship back. I had bought a couple of cellphones from him previously so he seemed to be a decent fellow to deal with.

Ryan received the phones on 4/26/06 and after many discussions he was to resend the se k750i back to me
un-repaired, but at least it would come back. However in his last discussion of 9/19/06 he stated... \"I am not a scammer.... Why would I scam someone out of a non-working phone? It will be returned to you, it will be out USPS Priorty..\"
So not only was he unreliable but he was/is a scammer after all!

I did get the tv but Xeon22 has owed me a $25 refund from this transaction since 1/12/07 plus the remote to the tv. He stated that he would mail these items to me and later said he did but did not offer to furnish any tracking number nor a money order number. Not much money involved here but I don\'t like being lied to by someone that still owes me, so he has earned a negative rating.
