  matt was extremely cooperative throughout the process: he was lightning fast at replying to my questions while we were negotiating the transaction, and he was very flexible in helping to repair some damaged sectors on the hard drive after it arrived. i would highly recommend him to anyone else that is thinking of making a deal with him.
