  • Defective Memory

EZduzit was the Seller on October 14, 2002 AnandTech

The 2ssticks of memory wouldn't run to specs. He had indicated a lifetime warranty on the memory when I bought it. I went to the site and found out you need the receipt in order to do a RMA. I cintacted him via email and my email was returned by his ISP, not by the net. I checked his heat, and he still had the same email listed here, so I went to Anandtech and saw he was online, so I sent him a PM. He never answered me, even though he was online. I left a message in the original for sale thread, and then tried another email telling him the memory wouldn't preform to specs and asking for a copy of the original receipt. That one went thru and I recieved a reply from him ststing he couldn't find the receipt. I sent back another email wanting either an adustment on the price or to return the memory. He then got very nasty about it and I responded in kind. I would not believe a word this person says as he cannot be trusted. The memory has a "S" inked in by hand on the sticker, so I wouldn't be surprised to find out it was a second that he bought and sold as good memory.
