    Joe is an outstanding person to deal with! He is a very upfront and honest guy. When I got the items that I purchased, the CPU would not boot at its given speed. I spoke with Joe on the phone and I had a replacement CPU the next day!

    I would highly recommend doing business with Joe and I would not hesitate to do so again myself!
