  this is a great trader. with only a small number of refs he offered to ship first without debate about it and the payment arrived quickly. then after shipping i tried several times to email tracking info but my email service was in the toilet. he never panicked or started freaking out and after a couple days i was finally able to get the info to him. he was happy to have it and was understanding about my difficulties.
