  Steve was great to deal with. He was upfront about all issues (cosmetics and a missing floppy drive) and offered his time to remove the current OS (Linux) and install the one I planned to use so that he could test the system prior to shipping, after which I formatted and re-installed. He even agreed to ship first and let me determine if the system met my needs before I sent a check. Thanks again for the great deal, communication, and a well packaged shipment. Would definitely recommend.
