  Communication went well with the buyer. He had a shipping delay, which he compensated for in a note that accompanied the cpu. He also included a hsf and refunded the shipping for the delay. Also, for future reference, don't make the same mistake I did and assume that it's Ontario, Canada. It's Ontario, California.:)
