Neutral is the ablsoute best that I could give James for this trade. He ask me for extra time to ship the speakers as he said his wife was having their child.I agreed,no problem. However weeks later when I still had no speakers I began to ask what was going on.I had to threaten to report his inaction to the mods since I saved every one of our messages in PM, and also start a thread on him before he agreed he would ship right away.He told me that the speakers were shipped shortly after that conversation.Approx one week later there was no sight of them.He then told me they had been returned by USPS due to his address mistake with the package.I ask for proof of this and none was provided.I had him ship with DC this time which was my mistake for not asking for it the first time (being too trusting before this).I didnt believe at this point the story about the address problem but had no proof.Read this thread and you'll see others mention shipping and more serious issues http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.cfm?catid=45&threadid=929265&highlight_key=y
This thread was all I needed for proof that the shipping issues were no accident and I needed to let other traders know details of this deal. The speakers finally arrived to reveal the next problem. The grilles were not in the box.I had counted on using them and he did not disclose any included parts would be missing.I told him I wasnt happy at all about this and he claimed that he looked but couldnt find the grilles.I agreed to keep them since I will use them in a future installation where a grille is an option (its not in my present car).I also saved a message from James telling me how busy he was (his reason that he couldnt reply to my questions of has it been shipped)and during that same time he had been online buying dvds on AT.Like I said,I think a neutral is generous.
