    Unfortunately the remote on the player was apparently not operational on the unit when received by MrHabib. I offered a discount or return on the item as I was unaware of the remote's condition. He indicated he would like a return and I agreed. I waited over a month to receive the item back, multiple attempts to contact the user went unanswered. Finally he indicated there were problems in the family that were causing the delay and offered to let me prorate the refund $10 for the late return. He sent the item promptly, but without all the parts. I made further attempts to contact him about the missing parts, but was not answered. I need to get the item back to market and I have been delayed extensively by this user. I prorated $15 for the missing parts refunded the remaining money today. I deducted nothing for the lengthy delay, however. Not sure if I'd do business with this person. They paid fast but caused me lengthy delays.

    This is an older evaluation from 2003. I reconciled the problem (which was my fault) with Trippy1976 and he posted another positive heat. I take my heat seriously. If you have any questions about this one neutral post please don't hesitate to ask.
