  I purchased Norton AntiVirus 2003, Norton Ghost 2003, and Norton Internet Security 2003 from Erle.

  Erle responded to my thread on AnandTech, and offered to sell to me the above-mentioned software. He made no issue out of my being unable to pay him immediately (I had no funds in my PayPal account at the time and it would take a few days for the transfer from my bank account to be completed), and in fact offered to ship in advance so there would be no unnecessary delay in my getting the software. Excellent communication and ditto service made this an enjoyable trading experience, and I'm looking forward to dealing with Erle again. A+
