  Not a pleasant purchasing experience at all. Only reason I'm leaving a neutral is because I finally got the DVDs after 6 weeks
  
  I paid immediately with paypal on 04Feb03. Was assured that I would have a tracking number by that Saturday 08Feb03. Sent followed up e-mails with the weeks that followed. Finally got a answer after 3 saying their friend weeks assuring me that they would ship out immediately with the tracking number. Waited for the e-mail with the tracking number. Never Received the e-mail. On the 30day mark I sent one last e-mail giving him a ultimatum that stated that the person had 24hours to ship the item and give me a tracking number or I was going to contact paypal and get my money back. 18 hours later I received the e-mail with the tracking number and finally received my DVD's 13days later.
