  purchasing 1 spindle of 100 CDR's

  sent money by payapl for spindle of CDRs on 10-18-2002. did not receive item and on 11-01-2002 checked in with him. he said he'd get back to me. he didn't. on 11-14-2002 checked in again. he was surprised i hadn't yet received the item and said he was going to send out another one. on 12-05-2002 i still had nothing and wrote to him offering a monetary compromise to try and end the transaction. he agreed to the compromise but a week shy of three months later, he has yet to come through on that compromise.
