    Item was advertised as BRAND NEW from RMA for $70. When I received the card, there were dusts all over the fan and the entire ram sink from 4 memories were missing. PMs me and tells me that it was shipped from taiwan?!?!? Now changes his story that he had mentioned about missing ramsink in his thread, but nothing was mentioned but BRAND NEW. Although the product is NOT NEW, I told him I'd accept but need the ramsinks and thermal tape for the memories. I would not trade him ever again

    Yes it was my fault. I thought gainward would ship a brand new replacement.. but I was wrong.. they shipped a refurb one. Yes I have talked about the missing ramsink in the for sale thread, he just missed it. Though it was a bit my fault because I should have stated it in the initial post.
    I thought it was brand new because it came from gainward's factory in taiwan, though it seems like they sent a refurb. I didn't inspect it closely before I shipped it, which next time I will.
