  I purchased several things from Shantanu; a Dell Inspiron 8000 laptop with all accys, a nice set of Klipsch speakers, a 16mb PCI video card, a hard drive, memory, etc. Communication was prompt, detailed & pleasant throughout. We spoke by phone several times working out the details. Shantanu shipped the first part including everything except the laptop & accys, and then I sent a Bank Cashier's Check for the total. We were both concerned that the laptop be packaged adequately for shipping, so I sent him 2 custom Dell shipping boxes since I had them available from work. The laptop arrived & was packed so neatly, you would have thought it was a new laptop! Shantanu even include a REALY nice Dell branded leather laptop case that wasn?ÇÖt even part of the deal. That was a nice touch!

  This has to be one of the best & smoothest deals to date & I have had a bunch of good ones! I would not hesitate to trade with Shantanu again & recommend him highly to other traders.
