    Sold Tom a Gigabyte motherboard, got his payment, sent him the board, everything was going smoothly, until....
    Since it was an international trade (USA to Canada), shipping by Fedex got delayed by 4-5 days. After finding out about the delay, I immediately contacted Tom, offering to refund him the full amount under the condition that if I couldn't get Fedex to cancel the shipment, he would make sure to refuse delivery and have the motherboard returned back to me. He not only took the refund, but also took my motherboard!!! I was shocked to see on Fedex tracking that Tom had signed for and accepted the mobo delivery. However, after contacting Tom regarding his signature on Fedex tracking, he claimed that the signature (which clearly showed "Tom Park") wasn't his, and his old housemates had signed for the package without his knowledge. I once again trusted Tom after he agreed to look into it. A month later, he finally replied back that he got one of his friends to send the mobo back to me. Well, that was almost 2 months ago. To this day, still no sign of mobo, and I still have no idea whether Tom was ever telling the truth since now he's telling me that he had thrown away the shipping receipt. Who knows...

    Why didn't you write that, you messed up on the shipping so it got shipped back to you after a week, then when i asked when u can ship it back, you said in a week because you had to leave on a business trip. And also that the shipment was never suppose to arrive here in the first place. And yes i sent the mobo back.
