On Wed. 5/14/03, I sent Michael Moses Willis a check for several modems and a stick of RAM. I asked him to cross-ship since I needed the items SOON and because I

had far more references than him. He promised to do so that Fri. 5/16/03. When I asked him for a tracking # on 5/17/03, he said he received my check that Sat. and said

he would ship the following Mon. (5/19/03). Oh well, so much for cross-shipping. I again asked for a tracking # the next Wed. (5/21/03) only to get the following excuse ...

"ok, very very very sorry we had a restest on our math exams because well you know cheaters made 100's on it so... im gonna ship it ASAP with tracking #BTW i have no

antistatic bags what should i use?"

Okay, now a week has passed since this deal has started, Moses has my check, and I have nothing. So I just tell him to hurry it up and send me my stuff immediately. On

Memorial day (Mon. 5/26/03), I get another excuse ...

"Hey dude sorry for the long wait in getting this stuff shipped i am gonna try to ship today.. Is there any thing i should do for you since i took over a week to ship like

payments?...refunds?..just lmk for my stupidity and laziness"

Again, I plead for him to just send me the stuff that I've already paid for. That's already almost two weeks since this deal started. Still nothing at the end of the week. No

communication either for that matter. I send him another e-mail on 6/3/03 and he tells me that his computer crashed so he couldn't ship it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I for

one can't figure out how the heck a broken computer has anything to do with shipping a package. It's not like this guy doesn't have my address from the check and envelope

that I sent him! Give me a break! Anybody could've gone to any public library and sent me an e-mail about their computer BEFORE HAND and not try to use that as an

excuse afterward. As you can tell by June, my patience was wearing out. I already purchased two modems on eBay and had them installed by the time the package finally

    arrived today.

As if the wait didn't make my mouth sour enough, the ISA modem was dead. What's more the 64MB stick of RAM I paid for turned out to be ONLY 32MB. Moses did throw

in a DEAD video card and a DEAD 50mm fan to make up for the wait though. If the video card wasn't dead already, it would've been since he simply threw it in the box with

the rest of the stuff so it could fly around in. What am I saying, his own description was that it was in an "unknown" state. He must've KNOWN it was dead to not worry

about even wrapping it up in plastic bubble wrap like the modems.

BOTTOMLINE: If you've very very very patient and don't mind a lot of excuses or headaches, then go ahead and trade with Willy here. But PLEASE, at least have him ship

first before you send payment because you may NEVER get your stuff.
