Review for user gotsmack from BA

    I bought a PCI Radeon AIW from gotsmack. I specifically asked if cables were included, since they're a pain to get seperately. When I received the card, no output cable was included. My preference would have been to get a cable, or partial refund sufficient to purchase a cable, but gotsmack refused initially. He did eventually offer a $5 partial refund(the cable is $20 shipped from ATI) The other option was a full refund. It took over 2 weeks to get gotsmack to agree to a full refund of my costs, not just the purchase price. 5/19 - BA mails MO 5/21 - gotsmack ships AIW 5/29 - BA receives AIW 5/30 - gotsmack notified of missing output cable 6/20 - BA ships AIW back 6/24 - gotsmack receives AIW 6/26 - gotsmack mails refund

    I'm not out any money, just wasted time.

    gotsmack doesn't do his homework, and doesn't stand behind his trades, so I won't be dealing with him again.

    The reason it took so long for me to ship is because HE TAKES 2 DAYS TO REPLY TO EACH OF HIS PMS!!!!!!!!!

    If he would answer his PMs the same day he got them I could have shipped immediately.
