    The deal got complicated because I omitted to describe the item clearly in the customs form. This omission caused the part to be delayed and held by the customs in Canada.

    However, he was very patient, keeping me informed. Finally, when the part finally arrived he let me know he got it.

    Very respectul at all the stages of the deal, very honest person. Finally, the payment was sent promptly.

    Do not hesitate to trade with him. Honest and corteous person, I surely would deal with him again (this time, however, I would pay more attention to the custom forms )
