    Phuong e-mailed me asking if I could drop the price of the fan by $1. I obliged, and requested payment. He sent payment IMMEDIATELY, and I shipped the fan. He has been very polite and cooperative throughout the entire dealing, and communicates like a veteran trader. I would not hesitate in dealing with Phuong again. A+
