  SOld him a chip, I forgot to tape the internal box it was in, and to make a long story short a lot of the pins got bent, he was even willing to fix them and use it but I offered a refund since it was my fault, and he shipped back the same day, I paid him for the shipping and the refund, was very good person to work with the entire time. Only wish things had ended up a little better.
