    I bought a few quad led fans and a keyboard

    Hellraiser was the Seller on September 8, 2003 AnandTech

    Steven is not a bad trader, there's just a few things he needs to learn about trading with people. Namely, promptness and communication.

    Here's he story:
    I sent him the money just after midnight of 8/17. Did not hear from him for 3 days so I PM'd him on the 20th. He said he hadn't shipped yet because he had no ride to the PO!! I told him about printing labels off the web but still took 5 days for the package to be shipped. No shipping upgrade for the delay.
    When it finally came in, there was 1 fan less than agreed and the keyboard looked like it was dug out of his yard! When I contacted him he said he could not find the other fan (yet never told me so) and he was sorry for the keyboard. Offered a refund which took 3 days to send.
