  paid for a ti4200 vid card, refund.

  ZipMach was the Seller on December 1, 2003 AnandTech

  paid for 128mb vid card from Hallis. The vid card turned out to be a 64mb. Hallis promptly offered And Refunded my money with no problem. I leave a positive for such a quick resolution.
