  Whew! This one had a bit of trouble. Card came in the next business day, was real happy to get it. Noticed that the backplate was missing. Told him, he shipped it. Popped it in, Very nasty artifacts/distortion everywhere even when booting up. Asked for the RMA process, didn't get it(email probs?) Noticed a missing serial number, can't RMA it. Asked for the serial, he didn't send it.
  
  I know Vonkhan is an experienced guy with trading, so this must be his biggest mistake in a long while. Everything seem to go wrong with this deal. However, he stuck around and still provided help when normally I would have been ditched. In the end I was able to RMA the card and get a new one.
