  we was cross-selling a PNY PC2700 512MB ram and Sandisk image card reader. i wanted the Sandisk but was not able to pick it up at Circuit City. he wanted the PNY but was not able to go to Staples to pick up. (both of them were hot deals posted on Fatwallet.com). so we went pick up the thing that the other want and did a cross-trading. he shipped fast. shipped monday, received Thursday. he packaged the thing carefully even it is not a sensitive thing like hard drive or stuff like that. i had to give him a A+++
