    2nd time dealing afoctober2, very nice guy. the manual fan speed control don\'t work on both fans, he immediately responded to my PM n\' tried to help me out. he didn\'t know the problem because he never used the manual control before. the auto temp control works tho, so it\'s still great fan at great price. excellent seller! A+++
