    Item shipped extremely fast and packaged very well.

    Had a slight discrepancy with the state of the item, but Chris was an absolute delight in the resolution of the problem, offering more than one way of handling it, obviously wanting my satisfaction, and as a result I am very happy and would recommend him highly.

    To me the real gauge of a fine trader is how things go when things go wrong. Chris excelled. A++++++++
