  Purchased a Duron system from Bryan for my Aunt.

  The fact is that this trade did not start out so well, but Bryan really came through in the end, and as such deserves GLOWING praise for his fantastic job handling the situation. The deal for this system was agreed upon on the 16th of June, and my Aunt sent him a MO for the machine on the 22nd. However, because of a problem with hard drives (one was smaller than quoted, not Bryan's fault, the other had bad sectors, again out of his control), shipment was delayed on the system. Bryan was very upfront about all the details of the delay, and kept in constant contact throughout the whole transaction. He even upgraded the system to include a 40GB drive instead of the original 30GB drive because of the delays, despite the fact that they were no fault of his. Where other traders make excuses, Bryan takes action, and this is very much appreciated. In the end, my Aunt did get her system, and is EXTREMELY happy with the product, especially when she saved so much $$$ over what it would have cost to buy retail. Bryan is truly a class act, and is an A+++++ trader that I would buy from again anytime, and I hope others will too. Thanks a ton Bryan!
