    Bought a 33.6 external modem

    kenazo was the Seller on February 22, 2001 AnandTech

    when this deal hit an unexpected bump, Jonathan went above and beyond the call of duty and volunteered to not only send the modem, but refund my money as well. Only an A-1 Super seller would do something like that! (i figured he diserved his $, so i declined) He is probably the best seller i've delt with yet, good communication, and amen to the packaging job.
