  The buyer shipped the item promptly, and it came when it was supposed to. Easy to work with, kept me informed, etc. I bought this thinking I would get a TMD fan, and was informed after I bought it that the TMD fan was broken and the SFII was being substituted. Not terribly happy about that...but that\'s how it goes. No real complaints.
