    Excellent communications throughout the deal. The software turned out to be OEM and I needed an upgrade version; as soon as I let Jonathan know he refunded my PayPal and I shipped the software back to him. It\'s just as important to rate a trader when the deal is not what you expected and Jonathan deserves props for being totally stand-up. Happy to deal with him again.
