  Great dealing with him. Prompt and polite communication the whole way. We actually had a bit of a problem -- the USPS somehow misrouted the package and it ended up taking a week and a half to get to him, when it should have only been 2-3 days. Instead of freaking out he was really calm and understanding (*I* was the one freaking out to be honest). Props to Mike for his maturity and I would deal with him again anytime.
