  Received the item well packaged, on time, as agreed. The card busted on me after 15min, but was a card known problem and was still on garantee. The guy could have just said, oh well, but no, he kept in touch untill I received the replacement one. Was very friendly and communicating. Even with the trouble I got and the need to RMA the product, well I have a brand new one now, it was positive. Wasn\'t the guy\'s fault. Would buy again from him.
