  Frank shipped the module out first, the module was tested and found to be DOA :( Kingston was contacted for an RMA, a replacement was received and fixed all problems. Payment was subsequently sent out. Frank was very patient on waiting for the RMA process to pan out simply asking to be kept abreast of the process. Would DEFINITELY deal with again, A.
